Senapt continues to strengthen its technical and operational capacity through structured Technical Training Sessions for Meter Assemblers, Meter Data Management Team, Data Command Centre Manager, among others, bringing together staff and contractors involved in the preparation, assembly, quality control verification, and deployment of smart metering equipment. The training forms an essential component of Senapt's commitment to ensuring that every meter prepared for field deployment meets established technical, operational and quality requirements. Through practical demonstrations, technical instruction, supervised assembly exercises, and knowledge-sharing sessions, participants are equipped with the competencies required to handle metering components accurately and systematically. The initiative also promotes a common understanding of assembly procedures, equipment handling, workplace safety, documentation, and quality-control practices, thereby reducing avoidable technical errors and improving overall operational consistency.

Beyond technical skills development, the training represents an important investment in human capital development and sustainable electricity-sector transformation in Liberia. Well-trained meter assemblers and contractors play a critical role in ensuring that smart meters are properly prepared before installation, contributing to reliable data collection, accurate energy measurement, and effective monitoring throughout the metering ecosystem. The sessions also encourage professional discipline, teamwork, accountability, and adherence to standardised procedures among Senapt personnel and project partners. As Liberia advances its transition toward modern and data-driven electricity management, Senapt recognises that technology alone cannot deliver sustainable results without competent professionals capable of implementing and maintaining it effectively. These training sessions therefore reinforce Senapt's broader commitment to building local technical expertise while supporting the successful implementation of modern metering solutions and the company's vision of "Lighting Liberia the Smart Way."
